Tour of the Walthamstow Granada/EMD/Odeon before renovation works begin. Left to rot (extensive water damage) by an evangelical "church", now bought by the council and to be restored and become a 1000 seat theatre, to be run by Soho Theatre (a charity). Many famous groups played here in the 60s, notably The Beatles (twice!) and The Rolling Stones. 15 years ago Emily was on my shoulders outside the theatre, protesting against its sale.
