I’m really excited to announce that starting TOMORROW I’m hosting my own weekly radio show on ‘Men’s Radio Station’ called ‘The Tristan Lee Empower Hour’ between 3-4pm. The studio is based in Covent Garden, central London

I’ll be interviewing guests on all areas of looking and feeling great both inside & out including health, fitness, ageing, self-esteem, mental health etc.

My very first guest will be the amazing Jackie Travers who’ll be sharing her top tips on living a healthy life and the power of dance for improving self-esteem and reducing the risk of developing dementia.
