#FREE fitness and fun sessions help all residents try new activities this summer. We are looking forward to hosting a Tai Chi Fan taster session tomorrow (Sunday 31 July) at 12 noon, in Fellowship Square Fountains, London Borough of Waltham Forest. We prepared smaller fans for children to hold and wave, like a butterfly! Hope local residents and some of our new Tai Chi students from Stow.Residents and other local places to come along as well.
