Photo of the moon - not taken with a telescope, but with my youngster's point-and-shoot camera, hand-held! OK, I had to adjust a few settings, but shows what it can do, very impressed. Settings - manual exposure, 1/320, f6.3, zoom 71mm, manual focus (yes, it has manual focus!), at infinity ISO 200. No doubt I could do better using a tripod, but the image stabilization on the 20x zoom is superb. Then cropped the image. Lovely craters! Currently £129, a bargain as being replaced by the sx280 at £219 (has GPS).
