The Mill cycling group, lead by Nic Fripp and Katja Rosenberg Excellent day today, included first time (for all of us) trying out tandems (on the Olympic Park cycle tracks) and then taking visually impaired people as "stokers" (apparently that is the tandem jargon, with "pilots" up front). Huge fun for all.
