💪⬇⬇How To Master Fitness So You Can Win At Life⬇⬇💪
Whether you realise it or not, you are working on your fitness every single day.
Whether it’s the sit up you do to get out of bed, the squats you do when sitting down or getting up, even the stairs you climb, steps you take or short runs you do. It’s fitness, fitness, fitness.
I’m not sharing this with you so you can say you are doing your part. Don’t be that guy or gal. Instead think about how you feel in your day to day life.
Are you flying through the day, full of energy whilst performing at your best, laughing and joking as you work at your most productive?
Or do you need that cup of coffee to give you a kick start in the morning, around 1-3pm you begin to feel sluggish or tired and by the end of the day you just need to sit down and have some chill out time to recoup?
Most people focus on how they are going to look. Don't fall into this trap.
Lets shatter this perception. Pull back the curtain and see how to make fitness work for you, to give you the power so you can always turn up and be at your best.
The 3 focuses of fitness
Health - This is our primary focus, there is no wealth without health
Performance - This can be as simple as getting in or out of a car, or running a marathon
Looks - This is the tip of the iceberg, the end result
The higher standard you hold for your health and performance, the better you will look as a byproduct.
Usain Bolt doesn’t focus on getting a six, it’s the result of working on his sprinting!
Lets take the first step in raising your standards and really make a difference to your health, performance so you can look and feel even better.
Walking 3 times per week for a minimum of 20 minutes will burn more fat than running, and as a bonus, will reduce stress levels and help give you a clear head for problem solving.
Take it to the next level by jumping on a treadmill, max incline and walk uphill for 20 minutes. I promise, you will never sweat more in your life!
Remember, you are always working on your fitness. How you look and feel is reflected to the standard you hold yourself to. How high are you willing to go?
